By accessing or using Bully AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and The Bureau Bullies, LLC.
Bully AI is an automated tool that scans uploaded credit reports, identifies potential violations, and generates dispute materials for personal use. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and no attorney-client or fiduciary relationship is created.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
When using the Service, you may provide personal information including but not limited to your name, address, email address, and uploaded credit reports. By providing such data, you grant The Bureau Bullies a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to: (a) collect, store, process, analyze, reproduce, and use the information you provide for the operation, improvement, and marketing of the Service; (b) share data with contractors, vendors, affiliates, and service providers as necessary; (c) contact you by email or mail for service-related, legal, or promotional purposes; and (d) monitor and record your use of the Service for compliance, quality control, and improvement purposes.
You expressly consent to receive email communications from us, including automated or promotional messages. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time, but operational communications are mandatory to use the Service.
You acknowledge and agree that The Bureau Bullies is not a law firm, attorney, or financial advisor. The Service is not a substitute for legal or financial advice. You will not rely on the Service for any legal, financial, or professional decisions. Any use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you expressly waive and release The Bureau Bullies from any right to pursue statutory damages, penalties, or remedies under any state or federal law, including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and any consumer protection statutes. You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim related to the Service shall be limited to the arbitration procedures described in Section 9 and, in no event, monetary damages exceeding one hundred dollars ($100).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Bureau Bullies and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents disclaim liability for any damages, including but not limited to: direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data; lost profits; loss of goodwill; or reliance damages. The Bureau Bullies shall not be liable for errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall The Bureau Bullies' total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100) regardless of the cause of action.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Bureau Bullies, LLC, its affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware.
The Bureau Bullies shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, acts of government, cyberattacks, or disruptions of internet services.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Provisions relating to limitation of liability, waiver of statutory damages, indemnification, dispute resolution, and data rights shall survive termination of this Agreement.
The Bureau Bullies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
